As a key member of the Global Corporate Compensation team, the Senior Compensation & Equity Analyst will ensure employee compensation packages are in alignment with company policies and guidelines, are competitive, and are compliant with legal and fiscal regulations. The Analyst will also provide support for the Global Equity program as needed.
Responsibilities
Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
Participates in global market and salary surveys.
Prepares and presents summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information.
Gathers data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.
Reviews and edits job profiles, assist in evaluating jobs and researching market pay.
Administers and maintains database tool to analyze market data. Formats survey files for import to database.
Coordinates and/or delivers communication of compensation information to employees, managers, and other HR groups.
Assists with day-to-day Compensation tasks such as creating and editing job profiles in Workday and responding to HRSS tickets assigned to Compensation.
Assists in annual merit, bonus, and equity grant processes. May generate employee letters and statements for Compensation programs.
Participates in Rewards and Recognition program design and administration including SPOT awards, CEO Awards, peer recognition, service awards, etc.
Assists in development of policies and procedures to support the Compensation function.
Assists with analyzing, reviewing, recommending, and obtaining approval for changes to compensation.
Learns and assists with global Equity program administration.
Ensures compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines. Ensures Compensation programs comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation.
May work with Payroll, HRIS (Workday), and Benefits teams as needed.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or professional equivalence.
Minimum years of work experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, 3-4 years preferred in Compensation. Equity knowledge and/or desire to learn Equity administration a plus.
