Reporting to Sr Director, Global Total Rewards, a key focus area for this role will be reward partnering with senior HRBPs on various reward related topics. The main accountability will be to provide solutions to business and ensuring alignment and execution of all rewards processes across the organization. A keen eye on data analytics, drawing inferences to provide insights to markets and propose continuous improvements will be a key expectation of the role holder. This position will drive global compensation planning processes and will also support strategic Global rewards initiatives from time to time.
Rewards Partnering
Providing solutions to business on reward related topics to manage talent attraction , retention and drive performance.
Proactively look at compensation data to provide meaningful insights and analysis.
Drive global compensation processes across their specific business units.
Laison with finance to ensure accurate budgeting and accruals for reward related costs globally.
Review compensation analysis for the assigned countries/businesses, ensuring alignment with internal and external data. Liaise with HR to identify key talent who are underpaid and prepare an action plan to correct salaries.
Participate in compensation & benefits surveys on an ongoing basis to ensure we have updated market data and latest trends including any specific market data requirements for the specific business being supported.
Partner with global benefits group for review and planning of Benefits, including communication and education to HR and managers.
Global Projects : Strategy & Execution
Pay Review Process: Drive the process in alignment with the company strategy and reward principles. Prepare approval documents. Manage HRIS configuration. Prepare and drive communication strategy for the process among stakeholders. Establish audits and analysis such as utilization rate, outliers, completion status, etc
Long Term Incentives: Review LTI strategy for annual process and manage execution for the same including WD config , communication plan, liaison with company secretary and budget management. Manage quarterly off cycle grant process globally.
Rewards Communication portfolio : Design & develop Total reward statements. Keep global policies updated and execute quarterly bonus statements. Support rewards team to drive HR/Manager communication as and when required
Location: Andover, MA or Fort Worth, TX
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related fields required
Masters degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Experience: 8+ years of progressive compensation experience at a regional level in an multi national company.
