We are seeking two Senior Total Rewards Analysts to join our team based at our corporate headquarters located in Andover, MA, USA. We will also consider remote candidates in the New England region. Apply at casa-systems.com. This position will impact the company by supporting our global Total Rewards plans and programs, including compensation, benefits, and HR technology. As a key contributor on the Rewards Team, this position will research, analyze, plan, implement, administer, and communicate: Global, regional, and role-specific compensation plans and projects as assigned, such as base pay, bonus, stock, recognition, job design, and/or career ladders. Global, regional, and country-specific benefit plans and projects as assigned, such as health, wellness, retirement, time off, and/or perquisites. Various HR technology initiatives, information systems management, and related data/reporting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Research, develop, and improve total rewards programs, both globally and for specific regions, countries, and roles, to attract, retain, and motivate employees and managers. Recommend and implement policies, procedures, systems, budgets, suppliers, data flows, etc. May serve as project manager for deployment and/or manager/administrator for ongoing operation. Develop and implement education programs, presentations, and materials for employees and managers related to compensation, benefits, and HR technology adoption. Participate in responding to inquiries and suggestions from employees and managers. Participate in market studies and analyze results. Maintain market intelligence resources, participate in professional networks, and monitor news sources to keep abreast of and respond to industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in total rewards. Reviews total rewards programs and performs audits to ensure regulatory compliance, as well as company policies, SOX controls, and data security and privacy. Depending on individual expertise and performance goals, may be assigned total rewards programs to develop and manage/administer in the following areas: Annual merit plan, compensation ranges, other base pay programs/policies Short-term incentives, sales compensation, bonus plans Long-term incentives, stock plans, executive compensation Mobility, pay equity, FLSA, other pay compliance requirements Rewards and recognition, perquisites, educational assistance Health and welfare benefits for income protection and wealth preservation Retirement and other wealth growth benefits Leaves of absence, FMLA, sick time, other statutory benefits ERISA, HIPAA, other benefits compliance requirements New HR technology initiatives, information systems management, ad-hoc reporting, etc. Total rewards for company mergers/acquisitions and comparable projects Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, business, or similar field (or equivalent training and experience). Five or more years of professional human resources experience, preferably in compensation, benefits, and/or HR technology (will also consider candidates with financial analysis or similar background). Strong analytical skills for developing and working with data, spreadsheets, projections, statistics, budgets, reports, etc. Fast learning capability to develop competency in all areas of total rewards (compensation, benefits, HR technology). Collaborative team player who can effectively interact with multiple working styles, as well as, and all levels of the organization. Strong organization skills and capable of prioritizing work with competing timelines in a fast-paced environment. Professional level communication skills; verbal and written. Computer literate; MS office experience including Word, Excel (including filtering, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint.
