HR compensation professionals located in the New England region are welcome to become members.  Eligible members include Compensation/Total Rewards, Human Resources and/or Human Resources Technology professionals with responsibility for or interest in Compensation/Total Rewards in the New England area. Students or entry level professionals preparing for a career in one of these disciplines may also be considered for membership.​

We typically have 5 to 6 program meetings spread throughout the year at members' companies.  Meetings feature expert speakers on various compensation topics, as well as member panel discussions, round table talks, and also opportunities for networking with fellow members, invite practitioners to share their expertise.
