About the Event
Join us on Thursday 9/28 at 9:00 am as Adam Kahle from Pearl Meyer gives an update on the
latest trends and practices occurring in the area of executive compensation. He will review
what currently are the most pressing issues for executives and boards and what to potentially
expect to come down the pipeline short-term and long-term. He will provide an overview of
recent regulatory developments and legislation impacting executive compensation, the
expanding role of the Compensation Committee, use of ESG metrics, and pay transparency
developments. There will be a Q&A session following the presentation.
Adam Kahle is a principal at Pearl Meyer. He has more than 20 years of experience in both
corporate compensation and consulting. His consulting experience covers a range of industries,
including business services, consumer products, education, energy, financial services,
healthcare, industrial manufacturing, life sciences, media and telecommunications, retail,
transportation, and technology. Additionally, Adam is a privately held company executive
compensation expert with experience in pre-IPO planning and long-term incentive plan design.
Previously, Adam served as head of global executive compensation at Takeda Pharmaceuticals
and was an executive compensation consultant at Korn Ferry.
Adam holds a BA in psychology from Saint Olaf College and a Master's degree in human
resources management from the Carlson School of Management.
