About the Event

Compensation professionals are increasingly drawn to real-time pay intelligence to adapt rewards policies in the volatile labor market.

This session will help answer the questions:

        · What is 'Real Time Pay Intelligence', and why is it different from traditional pay data?

        · What are the benefits of real time pay intelligence, and what are its limitations?

        · In which situations is real time wage intelligence most valuable?

        · What are other companies doing to take advantage of real time pay intelligence?
