Mike Chalmers SVP of Compensation and Total Rewards Practice at Lockton. leads the conversation on Job Structure & Job Architecture, one of the highest sought after topics in the 2024 NECC steerage survey.

Chalmers will discuss The Career Framework – A Blueprint for Sustainability, an approach he honed while leading compensation at Abercrombie & Fitch, Express Scripts, Tyson Foods, and L Brands, and later formalized in his transition to consulting. . We will receive guidance from Mike regarding experience he has in dealing with organizations at all “stages of maturity” in this process. The conversation will then turn into a Panel Discussion as NECC Board Members join Mike on the virtual stage to compare and contrast on his framework, and share some of their own approaches. We’ll have plenty of time for open discussion and Q&A from the audience.
