Pay Transparency: What’s everyone doing?

Pay Transparency is here. The patchwork of legislation surrounding pay transparency is forcing organization to consider their approach in 2023. Nationally recognized Compensation expert Justin Hampton (President & Founder of CompTool & Squirrel) leads the high-level discussion on understanding the laws applicable to organizations, creating & defining ranges, educating employees & managers, deciding how much to share, and where to get the information needed.

Justin will be joined later in the morning by Pamela LaValle (Director, Compensation at Atrius Health) and Christy Ritter (Director, Compensation at Thermo Fisher Scientific), as the three discuss these topics and more in a panel discussion.
