• Breakout #1:  How is hot market impacting projected merit budgets and programs?  Are companies planning to increase budget given high inflation?  Any changes to promotion budgets?
• Breakout #2:  Geo Differentials and remote work.  Let’s talk about what companies can consider as they balance cost of labor vs. cost of living
• Breakout #3:  Addressing compression challenges.  What companies are doing balancing cost of new talent and internal equity.
