Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you will be integral in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that align with our organizational objectives while ensuring competitiveness and equity. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the design, communication, and management of compensation programs, including the development and maintenance of global salary structures and annual compensation review cycles. • Maintain and update compensation databases, manage participation in salary surveys, and oversee compensation benchmarking methodology to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Conduct regular market analysis to track industry compensation trends, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making. • Support the preparation of compensation budgets and forecasts. • Evaluate job roles to determine the appropriate classification and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) status. • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to resolve compensation-related issues. • Lead or participate in projects such as system implementations, the development of educational materials on compensation programs, and process improvements. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • 3+ years of progressive experience in HR, specializing in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and structure design. • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices and best practices. • Strong expertise in data analysis, market research, and statistical analysis. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Ability to synthesize research data from multiple sources and recommend appropriate actions. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • High level of discretion and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive compensation data.
